Wendy is a graphic designer that has a strong passion for illustration. Her work often explores the connection between visual and viewer; as well as experimenting the subject matter with various types of medium to express the thinking and idea.
Through Emotions is an interactive project; it is a collection of strips that featured different emotions that occurred in daily life. The work is a response to the growing popularity and usage of emojis in the modern world. Utilising zoetrope–the early animation device as the medium, combining the old and the new, Through Emotions aims to offers a two-way conversation, a crossover that would not only encourage viewers to get involved but also have fun in the old school way.
